We are seeking a Manager, Vendor Quality Management to support vendor risk oversight across GMP/GDP areas. This role will assess third-party quality risk, monitor vendor performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support appropriate and effective vendor oversight.
The ideal candidate has strong GMP/GDP quality experience, hands-on vendor risk management expertise, and true manager-level experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $60.00–$72.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor vendor risk across assigned GMP/GDP areas
- Review vendor quality metrics and dashboards to identify emerging trends
- Support mitigation plans and processes to manage third-party quality risk
- Lead or participate in vendor quality process and system improvement initiatives
- Provide vendor quality subject matter expertise across cross-functional teams
- Support onsite inspection activities, including front-room and back-room support as assigned
- Communicate vendor risk, trends, and potential business impact to quality and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, allied health, or related field
- Typically 6+ years of relevant quality experience
- True manager-level experience required
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP regulatory requirements
- Experience with vendor quality metrics and key performance indicators
- Strong expertise in third-party/vendor risk assessment and mitigation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and collaborative environment
