About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned day-to-day responsibilities and deliverables in accordance with established procedures and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timely execution of assigned work.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress, risks, and issues as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of Experience in Estimating, Designing, Developing and Implementing solutions using DataStage, Dell Boomi, Unix
• 2+ years of Experience in creating overall architecture of complex solutions and have a great hands experience with building solutions
• 3+ years of experience with Automation Technologies (Tosca or any other tools)
• 5+ years of experience working with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc.,
• Knowledge of Middleware Technologies like Apigee, MOVEit Automation, etc.,
• Knowledge of labor budgeting and planning experience with respect to integrating with UKG Time & Attendance systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Middleware Technologies like Apigee, MOVEit Automation, etc.,
• Knowledge of labor budgeting and planning experience with respect to integrating with UKG Time & Attendance systems
• Knowledge of the configurations within UKG WFM solutions (preferably UKG Pro WFM and UKG WFC), including Timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, pay rules. Labor levels and associated workflows
• Knowledge and Experience with Retail business process
