Job Description

Contract Length:  6 months with possible extension

Job Summary:  The Product Implementation Trainer will play a crucial role in educating the company’s internals and partners through virtual learning settings.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Deliver core company product training through instructor-led sessions in virtual environments, ensuring comprehensive understanding among company internals and partners
  • Achieve high satisfaction results aligned with company goals and metrics, continuously improving training effectiveness
  • Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses
  • Stay current on new products, industry trends, and customer training needs
  • Perform administrative tasks promptly to support training activities and business operations

Requirements:
 
  • 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS software training in virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments
  • Proven experience in training
  • Strong adaptability to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, influencing change and managing multiple commitments
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
