Responsibilities:
- Deliver core company product training through instructor-led sessions in virtual environments, ensuring comprehensive understanding among company internals and partners
- Achieve high satisfaction results aligned with company goals and metrics, continuously improving training effectiveness
- Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses
- Stay current on new products, industry trends, and customer training needs
- Perform administrative tasks promptly to support training activities and business operations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS software training in virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments
- Proven experience in training
- Strong adaptability to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, influencing change and managing multiple commitments
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
