About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate to perform clinical cell therapy manufacturing activities in a cGMP environment. This hands-on role includes aseptic processing, batch record execution, raw material handling, deviation support, and coordination with Manufacturing, Development, and Quality teams.Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned day-to-day responsibilities and deliverables in accordance with established procedures and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timely execution of assigned work.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress, risks, and issues as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience supporting the responsibilities described above.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
