About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• include, but not limited to, producing contractual correspondence, narratives for contract changes, conducting contract negotiations, contractual interpretation of order requirements and agreements, billing support, upkeep of assigned contract files and track all internal/external contract• Bachelor's degree is required. Business Administration degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of functional experience (using skill set)

Required Qualifications

• Experience with and understanding of international contracting including compliance with ITAR and EAR.
• Strong and effective oral and written communications skills, including ability to prepare and deliver information concisely orally and in writing. Proven ability to write and edit business material. A writing sample may be required.
• Strong and effective analytical skills and the ability to identify and evaluate business risks.
• Knowledge of and experience with Government Contracting.
• Knowledge of and experience with Contract Terms and Conditions (FAR & DFAR).
• Ability to work independently when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex contractual agreements.
