About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• include project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk and issue tracking, KPI monitoring, and status reporting.
• The Technology Project / Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams across a variety of technology initiatives, including software implementations, hardware deployments, cloud solutions, infrastructure initiatives, security enhancements, and enterprise system upgrades.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, execution discipline, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned technology projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies remain on track.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking processes.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline preferred.
