About the Role
A manufacturing team is seeking a reliable technician to support the application of printed markings onto production components. This position focuses on preparing materials, operating print-related equipment, and ensuring finished parts meet visual and quality standards. Prepare printing materials, including screens and color mixes, based on job specifications Adjust and blend inks to achieve consistent resultsKey Responsibilities
- Prepare printing materials, including screens and color mixes, based on job specifications
- Perform routine cleaning and setup of screening materials and tools
- Conduct visual checks on completed parts to confirm quality expectations
- Maintain organized stock of inks, supplies, and screening materials
- Assist in keeping the work area orderly and production-ready
- Work Environment
Required Qualifications
- Silk screen depends on experience They MUST have sheet metal experience not printing on t-shirts, catalogs etc. The manager won't even look at the resume if there is no sheet metal experience on there.
- Strong focus on detail and ability to maintain consistency
- Ability to follow written instructions and production notes
- Dependable work habits and ability to function well in a team setting
- Fast-moving manufacturing setting with hands-on tasks
