About the Role
Minimum formal education, if any, required to perform this job e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law, Marketing, Public Relations or CommunicationsKey Responsibilities
- Facilitates the coordination of creative projects by managing workflow and communication to ensure deadlines are efficiently and consistently met from inception to project delivery
- Partners with Product and Packaging Teams to identify priorities and balance project workload throughout the creative process.
- Manages the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously through Development, Production, and Photography Studio processes; ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with project specifications.
- Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies barriers and provides recommendations to senior leaders for problem resolution; Expert communication skills both orally and in writing with all levels (management and support staff).
- Leads team discussions to ensure projects stay on track and are solution oriented.
- Independent judgment and the ability to work in the gray to remove obstacles and maintain focus in challenging situations to deliver results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be detail oriented, resourceful and have the ability to work with ambiguity, strategize and prioritize
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines in an ever-changing environment; the ability to follow-up and follow through.
- Manage the movement of projects through milestones of creative development, the approval & revision process, and delivery
- Ability to make decisions, often under tight time constraints
- Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
- A dynamic self-starter with a strong work ethic, who understands the details within a larger context and demonstrates good judgment.
- Manage and lead all project meetings
