About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech support via phone, email, remote, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as a resource for software applications, collaboration tools, and business systems.
• Diagnose and resolve printing, scanning, and peripheral device issues.
• Escalate issues to senior IT staff, vendors, or third-party support providers as necessary.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals, plus corporate mobile devices and applications.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and replacements when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent) a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, asset tracking and device deployment tools
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
