Austin Tierno joined JVT in September of 2022 as a Technical Sourcer, having previously worked in the Sports Medicine field.
Through hard work and dedication, he was promoted to a Junior Recruiter in the summer of 2023. Austin relies on his social skills and calm demeanor when speaking on the phone with candidates and says this job has helped him as a person.
The Reading Memorial High School graduate attended Merrimack College where he majored in Business Management. It was at Merrimack where he met fellow JVT Recruiter Thomas Medlin, who ultimately referred his friend to begin his career at JVT.
Using his outgoing demeanor and curiosity he can identify available top-tier candidates; he helps connect applicants with the right open opportunities based on their individual skill sets and talents. Austin works equally well with both his fellow recruiters and sales team members and hopes to continue to grow and flourish at JVT. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with friends and family.
