Job Summary: Provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment.

Job Summary: Provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives
- Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
- Acts as liaison for customers
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
- Required Technical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- 2 + years of related experience
- US Citizenship
