Job Description

Contract Length:  6 months

Job Summary:  Provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries.  You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives
  • Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
  • Acts as liaison for customers

Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • 2 + years of related experience
  • US Citizenship
