Shannon Kossakoski

Shannon started her recruiting career in the late ‘90s and never looked back. After starting in contract staffing, she moved to direct-hire placement, eventually leading the Direct-Hire recruiting team at JVT. Shannon has been with JVT since 2013 and currently serves as a Principal Recruiting Consultant. In this role, she fills niche positions across tech and biotech while also serving as our sole internal recruiter, driving JVT’s growth by finding candidates who align with our values and culture.
