For Eric, it’s all about being part of a team. As the Recruiting Manager for JVT’s Life Sciences Division, he leads a team of two Senior Recruiters, and together they are responsible for finding, screening and placing top-tier industry talent. Eric builds and maintains relationships within pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotech industries to connect top tier talent with innovative Life Science organizations.
Eric enjoys a good challenge and his competitive nature, and honed recruiting skills make him highly successful placing industry-leading technical professionals with opportunities on both a local and national scale.
Eric graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in International Government. He competed in both baseball and hockey at Wesleyan before playing two years of professional hockey in Connecticut and Washington. His two sons also caught the hockey bug, and Eric can often be found in the rink coaching and watching his boys play.
