Derek began his staffing career in September of 2022, working as a Technical Sourcer before being promoted to Junior Level Recruiter.
Derek played high school football at Tyngsborough and was recruited by Westfield State, where he played for two years. He ultimately graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing.
Derek enjoys being part of the JVT team, and his ability to have good relationships with his colleagues, combined with his willingness to listen and constantly learn, are a large part of why he has found success. Finding qualified top-tier talent for a hard to fill position is what drives Derek to be at the top of his recruiting game.
