The Franklin, Mass. native attended the University of Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a Minor in General Business. While in school he held a position where he helped market entertainment shows through social media and other platforms.
He began working at the Andover staffing agency in January of 2022 and is now a “Mid-Level Recruiter.” Starting out in a new field is never easy, but Brian worked hard, and his determination has helped him grow – especially in 2023.
“I really started catching on as a Junior Recruiter when I began working directly with account managers and my recruiting peers more,” said Brian. “They gave me a lot of helpful tips and insight on how to work on different positions in multiple industries.”
Brian isn’t limited to recruiting for any single area. In fact, he has sourced, recruited and placed candidates for a myriad of positions including but not limited to finance, technology, human resources, biopharma and manufacturing.
When he’s not in the office cranking phone calls, Brian enjoys fitness/training, snowboarding and basketball.

Favorite thing about working for JVT:The culture. Everyone here is genuinely themselves and cares about one another.
Top bucket list item:Skiing at Mount Tremblant in Quebec. Really cool spot. . . hopefully going there this winter.
