MetalCrafters Incorporated, a leading precision manufacturer in Methuen, MA, is seeking a skilled TIG Welder with aluminum welding experience to join our team. We offer steady hours, opportunities for overtime, and a dynamic job shop environment where craftsmanship and quality are a priority.

Job Description:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies in a job shop environment.

• Weld a variety of parts with a material thickness as thin as .060”.

• Interpret and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

• Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of TIG welding experience with aluminum.

• Proven ability to weld material thickness of .060” consistently and accurately.

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to producing high-quality welds.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime opportunities available)
