We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead network upgrade and technology implementation initiatives within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The role will manage multiple projects from initiation through planning, execution, go-live, hypercare, and closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing network or infrastructure upgrades in GxP environments, third-party vendors, organizational change, and cross-functional teams spanning IT, Quality, Labs, Manufacturing Operations, and business functions. Compensation
In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $75.00–$80.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and network infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
- Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, cutover/go-live, hypercare, and closeout
- Coordinate internal business and IT teams along with external service providers and vendors
- Lead project meetings, steering committees, risk assessments, issue resolution, workshops, and cutover planning
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, action logs, and governance documentation
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, resource planning, financial tracking, and executive reporting
- Support organizational change management and adoption of new or modified systems and business processes
- Maintain project financials, schedules, and status information using Planview and related project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of professional experience with a strong background in IT project management
- Demonstrated experience managing network upgrade implementations within a GxP-regulated environment
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong vendor and third-party service provider management experience
- Demonstrated experience using Waterfall project management methodologies
- Project management experience across at least two areas such as IT, Quality, Labs, or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong understanding of GxP practices within a pharmaceutical environment
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills
- Experience managing Quality or laboratory technology projects, including LIMS or SampleManager
- PMP certification
- Experience with Planview, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and major system implementation/cutover activities
