About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate status, risks, and issues in a direct and timely manner
• Work with PMSO Management and team to drive innovation and best practices within the DTE-PMSO, optimizing processes, systems, tools and reporting to ensure they work well for both business and DTE organizations
• Analyze processes and systems, identifying potential for change and championing opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for hands-on execution of the programs/projects within the DTE-GMDA, Quality, Regulatory Portfolio. This includes responsibility for:
• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex programs and projects
• Training and experience with Agile practices
• · Proven capabilities in leading high-performing program teams. Ability to effectively organize and motivate cross-functional teams in diverse locations to achieve goals and implement a common vision
• · Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
