About the Role
The DTE Program/Project Manager is role within DTE-PMSO Organization reporting directly to the Sr. Director, DTE-GMDA, Quality, Regulatory Portfolio, with dotted line matrixed reporting to the DTE Business Engagement Leader supporting the respective function. The Program/Project Manager will have both strategic and execution delivery responsibilities for the portfolio of programs/projects supporting this business function.Key Responsibilities
- Communicate status, risks, and issues in a direct and timely manner
- Work with PMSO Management and team to drive innovation and best practices within the DTE-PMSO, optimizing processes, systems, tools and reporting to ensure they work well for both business and DTE organizations
- Analyze processes and systems, identifying potential for change and championing opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for hands-on execution of the programs/projects within the DTE-GMDA, Quality, Regulatory Portfolio. This includes responsibility for:
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex programs and projects
- Training and experience with Agile practices
- · Proven capabilities in leading high-performing program teams. Ability to effectively organize and motivate cross-functional teams in diverse locations to achieve goals and implement a common vision
- · Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas

In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the anticipated compensation for this role is $80.00 - $100.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications.Contact
