Contract Length:  Contract-to-Hire, hybrid role

Job Summary:  This person will serve as the primary engineer for Android devices and will help ensure stable, consistent experience across all mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:
 

• Approximately 40% of the role involves day-to-day work, including configuration and deployment of TC51/TC52, MC9300, and Apple iPad devices for existing and new clubs/DCs.
• Handle escalated tickets (30%) which may require troubleshooting devices with club users or using remote management via our MDM.
• About 30% of the role involves project work, including ad-hoc requests from business teams or lifecycle management (LCM) projects. Project work may also include MDM cleanup and maintenance.
• Some off-hour work required on a rotating schedule

• Extensive hands-on experience with Airwatch/Workspace One, preferably in a retail environment. Experience with Wavelink is a plus.
• Highly skilled in Zebra Mobility, including TC51, TC52x, TC53e, MC9200, MC9300/MC9400, VC80X, and VC8300 devices.
• Experience with deployment of mobile devices and software upgrades (Apple iPads, Android Tablets, Zebra, Honeywell, and Windows CE).
• Support all mobility-related upgrades and lifecycle management for clubs and distribution centers.
• Vast experience with Omnissa Airwatch/Workspace One.
• Extensive experience with Zebra Mobility devices.
• Experience in Honeywell Mobility & VoCollect devices.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
