Job Summary: This person will play a crucial role in the implementation of a Generative AI chatbot for internal and external stakeholders on the Salesforce platform.

Job Summary: This person will play a crucial role in the implementation of a Generative AI chatbot for internal and external stakeholders on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define functional requirements for the Generative AI chatbot
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights on user expectations and experiences
- Identify data privacy and compliance requirements for Gen AI implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications to communicate design ideas effectively
- Develop user journey maps and personas to guide the design process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or similar)
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with focus on UI/UX for digital solutions iin MarTech projects, preferably in the Pharma industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and AgentForce preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile methodology and using DevOps tools such as ADO is preferred
- Experience owning critical deliverables such as Business Process Flows, User Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Stories and Testing related artefacts
- Experience working on AI chatbot implementations or similar projects
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar applications
