About the Role
The Recruiter position is part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise based in our Framingham, MA headquarters. This remote based position will support the in-house execution of external searches for management positions in all of our store brands as well as select District and Regional positions. The Recruiter is responsible for the research, identification, engagement and qualification of talent leads.Key Responsibilities
- Influence, consult, collaborate and be a thought leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders and peers
- Role is mainly responsible for building talent pipelines and sourcing
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings/geographic areas
- Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, leverage internal and external resources to meet plans
- Source, engage and assess talent
- Build robust talent pipelines
- Deliver best in class hiring experience to all stakeholders including candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 plus years full Recruitment Lifecycle or Sourcing experience
- Sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling
- Talent assessment and influencing skills
- Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience and comfort communicating with all levels of leadership
