About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Suite & Elastomer Maintenance Mechanic III to support manufacturing and facility equipment within a GMP-regulated environment.
This is a hands-on night-shift maintenance role responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, documentation, and maintaining audit-ready work areas. The mechanic will work closely with Engineering and Reliability teams while following GMP requirements, SOPs, and established safety procedures.

Compensation
The anticipated base rate for this direct-hire position is approximately $33.00/hr, plus an applicable night-shift differential, overtime, and performance-based bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) programs.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Suite & Elastomer Maintenance Mechanic III to support manufacturing and facility equipment within a GMP-regulated environment.
This is a hands-on night-shift maintenance role responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, documentation, and maintaining audit-ready work areas. The mechanic will work closely with Engineering and Reliability teams while following GMP requirements, SOPs, and established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and related systems
- Complete daily equipment checks and support ongoing maintenance activities
- Document maintenance work accurately using CMMS and written/electronic records
- Maintain maintenance areas and equipment in an audit-ready condition
- Follow GMP requirements, SOPs, work instructions, and site safety procedures
- Partner with Reliability and Engineering teams on repairs, maintenance projects, and equipment improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–10 years of mechanical maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on experience using mechanical hand tools
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to consistently follow SOPs and documented work instructions
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with electronic maintenance records
- Working knowledge of shop math
- Ability to read, write, and document maintenance activities clearly
- Ability and willingness to work the specified 12-hour night-shift schedule
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in an audit-controlled environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Previous experience working with Engineering or Reliability teams
