About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Support Technician to provide technical and customer support for healthcare-related products and systems. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer service, case documentation, and product support in a remote call-center environment.
The ideal candidate has prior technician or technical support experience and is comfortable supporting customers by phone, documenting cases accurately, and working with systems such as CRM platforms and internal support tools.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $20.00–$22.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support for assigned products and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using established procedures and technical resources
- Accurately document customer interactions and case activity in applicable systems
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and health information in accordance with HIPAA and company requirements
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of assigned products and troubleshooting techniques
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal teams, and management
- Participate in team meetings and support additional projects as assigned
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of technician, technical support, or related experience
- Experience in a customer service, call-center, clinical, or technical support environment
- Strong computer skills, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and email applications
- Strong logical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Dialysis equipment experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience supporting customers in a healthcare environment
