JVT Advisors is a well- established and privately held Information Technology firm. We have a proven track record in competing with and out performing larger competitors in a team based environment not typically found in our industry. 

We are looking to hire a Sourcer that we can invest in.  Selected candidates will participate in a 3 month (approx.) “hands on” training program with the end-goal being promoted to an Associate  Technical Recruiter.  We offer a competitive base salary and you will be eligible to earn commission and monthly bonus as a reward for your hard work.

Sourcer Responsibilities and Requirements:

•        Collaborate with IT Recruiting Team by building a pipeline of top IT professionals through sourcing candidates.  Develop professional networks and successful processes utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media and company databases.

•        Review resumes and call candidates to qualify them based on technical skills and relevance to job requirements.

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•        Bachelor’s degree in Business (Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications or Marketing) is huge PLUS.
