Patience, helpfulness and the ability to listen go a long way when it comes to onboarding a candidate in the staffing industry. Jennifer is a valuable part of JVT’s Operations team and the first voice of JVT to our contractors.

Prior to beginning her career at JVT in August of 2022, Jennifer gained valuable, transferable experience in Hospitality Management. Now she is an integral part of the JVT team, serving as a liaison to the contractors, helping make the onboarding process flow as smooth as possible.

Jennifer builds successful relationships from the start with our JVT contractors. Her passion for seeing the process through from beginning to end and her assistance is navigating any road-blocks is what makes her successful at JVT. Jennifer is a key player in fostering the relationship between contractor, client and JVT.

Jennifer grew up in Tewksbury and attended Middlesex Community College. She is an avid Michigan football fan – despite the fact her husband Ryan is a Florida Gator fanatic, and her father loves Notre Dame.Outside of work she loves being a mom to a son and daughter. She likes cooking for her family and enjoys listening to a variety of music.
