Store Operations Specialist

Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension or conversion

Responsibilities:

• Review floor plans and identify operational challenges (baler, shared dock, scissor lift, etc., and work with our team and other departments to support.
• Ship out NSO guide, supporting materials, and gift cards
• Research cart corral guidelines and order as needed
• Update new store spreadsheet as store progresses and information is made available
• Management of supplies (auto scrubber DVDs, store opening guides, etc.)
• Support on any restrictions (delivery restrictions, bag restrictions, municipal restrictions, etc.)

Requirements:

• Intermediate knowledge of excel (formulas, troubleshoot, lookups, etc.)
• Interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
