- Develop a pipeline of candidates for the recruiting team
- Source had to find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networking etc.
- Screen and qualify candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to better understand their needs
- IT Sourcing experience a must. Cyber a plus
- 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Job boards and LinkedIn experience
- Great personality, strong work ethic
- Ability to work with all levels and as a team member
