Responsibilities:
- Under general direction from the Director, provide oversight of the Technical Services team.
- Develop cost strategies and associated rationale. Identify and select the best technical solutions and approaches to meet anticipated or actual new business requirements.
- Participate in the review of system enhancement and improvements and work with vendors, information security, staff, and Technology Services to design solutions and determine the level of effort and impact on service delivery and operations.
- Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and operational transition.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 15 years’ experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to solicit and synthesize input on capabilities.
- Passion for emerging technologies and track records of self-started knowledge acquisition.
- Ability to drive to completion with indirect teams.
- Vendor selection/relationship management.
- Deep understanding of IT service management and application of those principals to fluid environments.
