Job Summary: The HR Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of Talent Acquisition team, and will provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle to deliver a consistent employment brand experience to all candidates.
- Work directly with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners daily to assist in our mission to attract and acquire top talent.
- Communicates clearly and concisely to all levels of leadership and with candidates.
- Schedules interviews, coordinates candidate travel arrangements and administers reference checks and background checks applying best practices consistently with each process and candidate.
- Utilizes Talent Acquisition tools and resources, such as the Applicant Tracking System, to ensure up to date candidate information as well as consistency.
- Creates interview schedules, offer letters and distributes new hire paperwork in an efficient and consistent manner.
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1 plus year of administrative experience (1-2 years HR or TA exp. preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
