Job Description

Contract Length:  12+ months

Job Summary:  Help support our internal response to COVID 19. Partnering with the Human Resource, Legal, Communication and facilities team you will be responsible for helping support the day-to-day management.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employees’ contractors and service provider emails to the Response Team, seeking out input. from the medical, HR, communications and legal members of the team as needed.
  • Organize weekly check-ins to review open Response Team questions.
  • Oversea COVID Testing Operations (Onboard nurses, new sites, compliance etc.).
  • Manage Calendar for testing sign up to maintain social distancing.
  • Respond to employees’ contractors and service provider emails to the Response Team, seeking out input from the medical, HR, communications and legal members of the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a project manager role, preferable with experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to use SharePoint, excel and PowerPoint as communication tools
  • Detailed orientated, understand the confidential nature of employee health information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
