Part-Time Office Administrator

JVT Advisors is an established 25 year old Staffing consulting firm based in Andover, Massachusetts. We are growing and looking for a high energy, customer-centric, administrator who wants to make a big impact in a fast-paced sales organization. We need someone to help with the onboarding and background checks of new consultants. The great news is we will train someone who wants a long-term part-time job onsite in Andover. We need someone who is looking for 20-25 hours a week (4-5 hours a day) Monday-Friday. Ability to set schedule (flexible with start times) and with ability to work remotely on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Administrative support for recruiting/onboarding
  • Coordinate background checks & drug screens
  • Support Sales staff with contract agreements
  • Assist w/benefits administration & communicate benefit information
  • Maintain HR records & compile reports
