Job Description

Contract Length:  6+ months

Job Summary:  The individual will have ownership of international artwork and labeling changes for commercial products. This includes working with our artwork provider to develop new artwork and managing these changes through approvals and into implementation at our manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the development and implementation of international commercial labeling changes for assigned sites/products
  • Manage labeling changes with cross functional team members: commercial, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
  • Manage and prioritize the work of our artwork provider for creation/updating of artwork files
  • Manage routing of artworks for internal approvals
  • Review/Approve artwork files and printer proofs to ensure content is accurate
  • Resolve printing related issues with manufacturing sites and printers
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or MS in a scientific, engineering, graphic arts or printing discipline 8-10years' experience in managing artwork and labeling changes for packaging materials.
  • Outstanding / effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive them to completion.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to support demanding operations timeline with flexibility without compromising compliance in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphics software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience working with and improving artwork approval processes and systems.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
