Job Description

 Contract length:  6 months

Job Summary: Work closely with client groups to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.  Educate, advise and influence client groups on issues involving employee relations, employee development and employee performance management. 

Responsibilities:

  • In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with client groups to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.  You will educate, advise and influence client groups on issues involving employee relations, employee development and employee performance management. 
  • Act as a change agent; provide support to sales leadership on managing change and participate in management meetings as a business partner.
  • Provide client organizations with appropriate advice and counsel on employee relations issues and ensure corporate employment policies and procedures are consistently and equitably applied.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance groups on investigations and employee relations matters.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years prior experience in a Professional level position in Human Resources.
  • Background as an HR Generalist preferred.
  • Proficient in computing and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws, regulations, procedures and standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
