Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 6 months with potential to become full-time employee
- Provide phone support with diagnosis, identification, and resolution of problems of varying complexity with hardware, software, LANs, networks, servers and corporate data systems.
- Monitor daily ticket flow to make sure all issues are properly researched, updated, resolved or escalated.
- Some security support is required including VPN, security tokens, website certificates
- 3+ years of help desk phone support experience
- 70% Windows and 30% Mac. Mac experience is a plus. Windows 10,7, iOS mobiles devices.
- Excellent communication and phone skills, excellent problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
