Apple/Mac (preferred) - Helpdesk in Bedford, MA
Contract Duration: 6 month to permanent!
Seeking someone experienced in technical support with excellent communication skills to provide support in an Enterprise environment.
- Required: 1+ years of helpdesk / phone support experience, Apple/MAC troubleshooting experience is BIG PLUS
- Provide phone support with diagnosis, identification, and resolution of problems of varying complexity with hardware, software, LANs, networks, and corporate data systems.
- Support Mac OS & iOS, Win 10/7, MS Office, (primarily Outlook), LAN, VPN, and remote devices, hardware and peripherals, and other technologies.
- Any certifications, for Apple or otherwise (Apple Certified Technician, HDI certification, ITIL certification, etc) are a PLUS
