Job Description

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Job Summary: Provide Technical Phone Support including researching and resolving a variety of technical problems (e.g., PC hardware and Microsoft operating systems).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily ticket flow to make sure all issues are properly researched, updated, resolved, or escalated
  • Manage Laptop, PC, and Printer maintenance and support
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge to identify the severity of the problem and perform needed steps to resolve the issue
  • Document all reported problems, requests, questions, and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and phone skills, excellent problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and document fixes to be performed at lower levels of call center support

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of call center experience, or equivalent retail experience
