Job Description

Contract Length:  1 year

Job Summary:  Provide Technical Phone Support including researching and resolving a variety of technical problems (e.g. PC hardware and Microsoft operating systems).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily ticket flow to make sure all issues are properly researched, updated, resolved or escalated.
  • Manage Laptop, PC, and Printer maintenance and support
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge to identify the severity of the problem and perform needed steps to resolve the issue.
  • Document all reported problems, requests, questions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and phone skills, excellent problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written skills. • Ability to think outside the box and document fixes to be performed at lower levels of call center support.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of call center experience, or equivalent retail experience.
  • Multilingual a plus (French-Canadian, Spanish, Polish, German)
