• Provide phone support with diagnosis, identification, and resolution of problems of varying complexity with hardware, software, LANs, networks, servers and corporate data systems.
• Monitor daily ticket flow to make sure all issues are properly researched, updated, resolved or escalated.
• 3+ years of help desk phone support experience
• They are 70% Windows and 30% Mac. Mac experience is a plus. Windows 10,7, iOS mobiles devices.
• Excellent communication and phone skills, excellent problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
• 30+ Calls per day
• They use Cherwell for ticketing systems. Will train on this.
• They support Office 2010 including Outlook.
• All support is provided over the phone and remotely. They try to work efficiently so that reps don’t have to go out to troubleshoot.
• Some security support is required including VPN, security tokens, website certificates
