Contract Length:  Temp-to-Perm; on site position

Job Summary:  This position is 3 fold: Customer Service (communicating and receiving orders), Order Entry (into tracking system and SAP) and Project Management (manage through order entry, and then support as needed through job completion).

Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal departments and external customers - globally.
  • Communicate project lead time, job status, job changes, cost/price changes, and any discrepancies.
  • Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy against estimate and job plan and initiates job order entry.
  • Work with Sales/Customer Care to ensure accurate order entry into ERP system.
  • Complete Production Specification Sheets.
  • Assemble Production Job Jacket (Shop Order/DHR) with material necessary for production. Project Management:
  • Enter and track all pertinent information for data collection and project status.
Requirements:
 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications or similar program.
  • Experience with customer service, order entry and project management Skills
  • Ability to work/communicate with people of various cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent proofreading skills.
  • Accurate with numbers/information and documentation.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment (i.e. Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, etc.)
