Field IT Project Coordinator- ServiceNow Catalog Management

Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension

 

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this individual will be to manage the company’s ServiceNow Catalog..

 

Responsibilities:

• Ccoordinate and monitor projects and activities pertaining to IT in the clinics which include but are not limited to hardware and equipment purchases for all locations, deployment of new technology, upgrading existing systems, disposal of legacy equipment, and other administrative service activities.
• Ensure consistency in application and execution of processes and procedures with regard to IT projects and activities.
• Track projects and reports status to leadership.

 

Requirements:

• ITSM\Process Engineering experience
• 3-5 years exp managing ServiceNow Catalog
• ServiceNow Catalog design, maintenance, and governance experience
