About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support engineering teams through hands-on technical assistance, testing, and documentation activities. This role works closely with engineers to support development, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of engineering systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineers with design, development, and improvement of engineering projects and systems
- Assist with preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Perform testing, measurements, and evaluations on components, systems, and prototypes
- Collect and analyze test data and support corrective action implementation
- Set up, operate, maintain, and calibrate engineering equipment and tools
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and engineering documentation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support day-to-day engineering operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical findings
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in engineering technology or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an engineering or technical support role
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles
- Experience with testing, measurement, and data analysis
- Proficiency with engineering tools, equipment, and documentation
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment
