Job Description

Contract Length: 2 months

 

Job Summary: The Systems Specialist will be responsible for installing, trouble-shooting, maintaining and supporting computer, telephone and other communications equipment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participates in project planning, and project management, and will take a lead role in implementation work.
  • Play a lead role in the repair, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s phone system, including the integration of other systems requiring telephony capabilities.
  • Provide a level 2 escalation point to the company’s Helpdesk.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of computer and networking systems.
  • Create, and maintain documentation of systems and networks as needed.
  • Coordinate and deliver communications with Health Center Directors pertaining to onsite repair, and project related work.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Formal training in fundamental MIS concepts
  • 3 plus years’ experience with Microsoft Server technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Skype for Business platform preferred.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
  • Five plus years’ experience
