Job Summary: This person’s primary role will be to set up and maintain monthly On-Premise renewal contracts to ensure timely customer renewals.
- Ensure all monthly contract billings are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner for monthly revenue recognition and invoicing
- Process all contract termination/credit requests for assigned accounts in a timely manner as warrants.
- Handle all incoming and out-going field questions/issues from Customers, Sales, Finance and other departments regarding customer Cloud contract issues involving appropriate parties as needed for final resolution.
- Fluent in French
- Minimum of three years business/customer service experience within a hi-tech environment
- Computer software skills preferred: Salesforce, Oracle and Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills are essential
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
