The Talent Acquisition team requires results-driven problem solvers that can partner with our program leaders to build creative solutions to our toughest recruiting challenges.
- 6 years of technical recruiting experience without a bachelor’s degree; 2 years of technical recruiting experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to work in an office environment once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted
- Ability to pivot with a positive attitude when business requirements demand
- Demonstrated sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated data-driven examples
- Current experience with Workday ATS
Ian is responsible for full-cycle recruiting in many areas, including HR, IT, finance, and administrative. Prior to joining JVT, Ian worked for 5 years as a senior recruiter at Randstad.
