Job Description

Contract Length:  6 months; hybrid schedule

Job Summary:  This person will handle the operational objectives of assigned activities for the Talent Acquisition Operational processes, programs, and/or services.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation.
  • Develop internal and external candidate offer letters.
  • Update the candidate status after offer delivery.
  • Initiation of Backgrounds and onboarding paperwork
Requirements:
 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess knowledge in a full range of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years administrative, HR, or related experience.
