Job Summary: This person’s responsibilities may include Security SharePoint redesign activities, eliciting requirements, and directly developing one or more solution(s) for tracking and maintaining internal data, documenting standard operating procedures, and governance guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Support a multitude of functions both within the IT Security organization and the broader Client teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of BA experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively, and the ability to independently tailor them based on situations
- Mastery level requirements elicitation and process documentation methodology
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint Administration, Power BI
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple efforts simultaneously
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate multiple software and hardware options
- Database design and management, including designing, constructing, modifying, integrating, implementing, and testing solutions
