Job Description

Contract Length: 6 months

Job Summary: This individual will enter the daily/weekly/monthly inventory-related system transactions into the formal SAP/ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs front desk activities, including answering phones, receiving, sorting and delivering mail and other various receipts throughout the building
  • Monitor front desk and comply with all safety and security procedures for visitors
  • Support Inventory, Logistics & EHS Manager in the daily entry and periodic analysis of all inventory-related transactions including but not limited to; purchase order receipts, stock-to-stock movements, return goods receipts and movements and other inventory related movement activity.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma
  • 0-2 years’ clerical or administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (word, excel)
