Job Summary: Assist the Finance Team. The individual will perform a variety of day-to-day responsibilities in the Finance department as well as a number of administrative tasks.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, including logging, tracking and distributing invoices, processing accounts payable thru the Lawson Accounting system and various other related duties such as following up with vendors or cost centers.
- Assist with maintaining tracking files, scanning documents, filing, and various other administrative tasks.
- Assist with the billing process, account reconciliations preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, and various bookkeeping tasks
- Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience required
- Accounts Payable experience a plus
