Job Description

The Accounting Clerk will work in a support role to help in the Accounting and Operations departments of JVT. The position will be primarily responsible for Accounting and Bookkeeping responsibilities.


  • Weekly invoicing and billing to clients
  • Assist with Bi-weekly Payroll within ADP
  • Assist Accounting Manager as needed
  • Posting payments in QuickBooks
  • Asist with record keeping
  • Backup to timekeeping/timesheets
  • Maintenance and data entry into accounting spreadsheets
  • Performs other duties as required or directed
