Job Description
The Accounting Clerk will work in a support role to help in the Accounting and Operations departments of JVT. The position will be primarily responsible for Accounting and Bookkeeping responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly invoicing and billing to clients
- Assist with Bi-weekly Payroll within ADP
- Assist Accounting Manager as needed
- Posting payments in QuickBooks
- Asist with record keeping
- Backup to timekeeping/timesheets
- Maintenance and data entry into accounting spreadsheets
- Performs other duties as required or directed
