Nathan Frongillo

After Nathan Frongillo graduated Colby-Sawyer College, he became an Athletic Coordinator for a local non-profit organization. But Frongillo – who grew up in Haverhill and attended Whittier Vocational Technical High School – had a different destiny. In January of 2022 Nathan started his staffing career. Nearly one year later he earned the title of Senior Technical Recruiter. For him, delivering good news to a candidate is what the job is all about. “Listening to the excitement of a candidate when they accept an offer,” he said. “I still get a kick out of that.”

Here at JVT, Nathan specializes in a multitude of technology verticals. His role is diverse, fast-paced and always changing. Each day brings a new opportunity for Nathan to do what he likes most about his job.
